Magnesium Oil is an easy way to help your body relax and recover. Applied topically, it works through the skin to promote restful sleep, relieve muscle soreness/spasms, and reduce anxiety + stress. It can also support heart health and improve skin hydration. Daily use may help regulate cortisol and reduce inflammation. 

For Use: Spray a small amount onto clean, dry skin. Common areas include feet, legs, stomach, or any place holding tension. Gently massage in and let absorb for 15–20 minutes. Rinse or wipe off if desired. A light tingling sensation is normal (and a sign it’s working!). If it feels too intense, apply only to the feet, dilute with water, or use less until your skin adjusts. For kids, start with 2–3 sprays on the bottoms of their feet at bedtime. After two weeks, you can also apply to their stomach. Always massage in and let it soak in before wiping off.

Most people find magnesium oil helps them feel more calm and sleep better, but if you notice it has the opposite effect, no worries! Just switch to using it during the day for a refreshing boost of relaxation.

Pro tip: Stay hydrated! Drinking water helps your body absorb magnesium more effectively.
